Position Summary...
The (USA) Director, Technology Operations leads the strategic planning and execution of large-scale technology programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence. This role oversees financial management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement to drive successful delivery of technology initiatives. The Director applies advanced program management techniques to optimize resources, influence cross-functional teams, and foster collaboration. By integrating technology strategy with organizational goals, this position delivers measurable value and continuous improvement, supporting Walmart's commitment to innovation and operational efficiency across multiple business units.

What you'll do...

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale technology programs aligned with business objectives and financial targets.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure optimal delivery and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, performance metrics, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Influence and build consensus among stakeholders through clear communication and data-driven recommendations.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
