What you'll do...
Role summary:

As the Director of Product Management for Global New Store Growth, you will lead the strategy, vision, and execution of the products that power Walmart's global physical expansion-from identifying the next great market opportunity to accelerating site approvals and optimizing financial returns.

This global leadership role supports all Walmart business segments. You will partner across the enterprise to build intelligent products that transform how investment decisions are made at scale.

This role requires exceptional product leadership, deep business acumen, customer obsession, and the ability to translate complex operational processes into modern, AI-enabled digital products that create measurable business value.
What you'll do:

Shape the Future of Global Growth
  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Walmart's Global New Store Growth product portfolio.
  • Lead products supporting growth through capabilities like geospatial, site selection, and financial modeling
  • Balance local market priorities with long-term, global platform investments.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
