The director collaborates cross-functionally to influence key stakeholders, develop innovative solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. By applying effective communication and negotiation skills, the position supports long-term growth and operational excellence within a dynamic and evolving retail environment.

The team leads the development and execution of the Collectibles strategy, focusing on high-growth initiatives that drive value creation. It collaborates across functions to align business priorities, leveraging data and market trends to inform decisions. The group fosters strong stakeholder relationships and applies strategic business acumen to optimize assortment and seller performance. By integrating innovative approaches and effective communication, the team supports long-term growth and operational excellence within the marketplace. Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
