About the team: The OneDemand Forecasting team leads the development of advanced demand forecasting and machine learning solutions at scale. This team designs and refines models analyzing extensive data across multiple items, stores, and locations. Collaborating closely with business, product, and engineering teams, they align forecasting efforts with operational priorities. The team applies advanced statistical and machine learning methods to improve accuracy, scalability, and explainability. Partnering with engineering, they scale forecasting platforms to support varied business needs and time horizons, driving impactful data science initiatives that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
What you'll do: - Lead the development and deployment of advanced data science solutions aligned with business strategies and objectives.
- Oversee model design, testing, validation, and continuous improvement to ensure accuracy and robustness.
- Define and implement data strategies that maximize the value of data assets across multiple domains.
- Guide teams in coding, testing, and documentation to deliver scalable, production-ready applications.

Sunnyvale, California US-11656: The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00
