What you'll do...- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data governance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology standards.
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data governance frameworks to support data quality and accessibility.
- Oversee data source identification, validation, and quality assessment to ensure data fitness for purpose.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data management practices and system performance.
What you'll bring:- Extensive experience in data architecture, including conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling across relational and NoSQL databases.
- Proven expertise in data governance, data quality management, and regulatory compliance within enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Redshift, Azure, BigQuery, and Snowflake, and big data technologies like Hadoop and Kafka.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable data strategies and architectural solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams on data integration, metadata management, and data ecosystem design.
- Proficiency in project management and business process alignment to drive data initiatives.

Option 3: Master's degree in Computer Science and 4 years' experience in data engineering, solution architecture, business intelligence, business analytics or related field.
2 years' supervisory experience.
