What you'll do: - Lead the development and execution of data analytics strategies aligned with business objectives to drive actionable insights.
- Identify and evaluate data sources, ensuring data quality and relevance for analytics initiatives.
- Oversee advanced analytics projects, applying statistical methods and data visualization to support decision-making.

What you'll bring: - Extensive experience in data strategy, data quality management, and advanced analytics to drive business insights and decision-making.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques, including Tableau, PowerBI, and Python libraries, to communicate complex data effectively.
- Strong knowledge of business intelligence, project management, and translating business requirements into actionable data initiatives.
- Expertise in data source identification, data governance, and ensuring data integrity across distributed systems.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor associates, and influence stakeholders through clear, data-driven storytelling.
- Demonstrated capability to evaluate business impact and align analytics strategies with organizational goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
