The Director, Data Analytics leads the development and execution of data strategies that drive business insights and operational excellence. This role oversees data quality, advanced analytics, and visualization initiatives to support informed decision-making across multiple domains. By translating complex business requirements into actionable analytics solutions, the Director fosters collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value. The position requires expertise in data management, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement to ensure data assets are leveraged effectively in alignment with organizational goals. This leadership role champions continuous improvement and innovation within the data analytics function.

Experts in data quality, visualization, and business intelligence collaborate across functions to identify key data sources, ensure data integrity, and translate business requirements into actionable insights. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
