What you'll do: - Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies aligned with organizational objectives to drive growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships, managing mutual value propositions and mitigating associated risks.
- Lead sales strategy development, oversee key account management, and negotiate contracts to optimize business outcomes.
- Analyze financial performance, including profit and loss, to inform resource allocation and budget adjustments.
- Guide program development and implementation, collaborating with project teams to ensure successful execution.
- Foster talent development through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning to build a skilled workforce.
- Promote ethical standards and integrity across all business practices and stakeholder interactions.
What you'll bring: - Proven experience in business development and strategic partnership management within complex organizations.
- Strong expertise in developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Demonstrated ability to manage profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities and optimize financial performance.
- Skilled in risk mitigation and resolving issues to achieve business objectives.
- Proficiency in sales management, forecasting, and maintaining robust sales pipelines.
- Experience leveraging Salesforce or similar CRM tools to support business development efforts.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to engage stakeholders and influence outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
