The Director, Automation Engineering leads the development and implementation of advanced automation solutions to optimize supply chain processes. This role leverages data analysis and business acumen to influence strategic decisions, drive technology integration, and enhance operational efficiency. The position requires effective communication across teams and stakeholders to present insights and guide project execution. By fostering continuous improvement and managing complex automation initiatives, the Director ensures alignment with organizational objectives while delivering measurable value and supporting long-term innovation within the company.

The International Supply Chain team delivers reliable service by enabling market transformation through automation and cost-effective strategies. Specializing in Distribution, Transportation, Flow & Inventory, and Global Logistics, the team integrates business and technology to convert platform and automation initiatives into measurable outcomes. With expertise in market operations and process improvement, the team safeguards investments, drives adoption, and sustains value. Collaborating across functions, they optimize supply chain execution, enhance operational excellence, and support continuous innovation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering lasting impact for the organization.
What you'll do:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and integration of automation systems to optimize supply chain processes.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to develop insights, influence strategic decisions, and present clear, fact-based recommendations.
  • Manage complex projects, including planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive technology adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and oversee financial evaluations to ensure return on investment for automation projects.
  • Mentor and guide teams on best practices in automation engineering and process optimization.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
