Full Job Description
Position Summary...

What you'll do...
Maintains automated control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, robotics, sensors, VFDs, and industrial networking platforms, across assigned facilities. Troubleshoots operational issues by interpreting electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, and instrumentation documentation. Responds to system events with a sense of urgency, providing on-site and remote support during downtimes to restore system functionality.

Leads or supports maintenance teams during equipment failures by guiding troubleshooting steps and root cause analysis processes. Coordinates communication with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Safety partners to deliver real?time status updates during recovery events. Implements corrective actions and verifies system stability following incident resolution.

Programs and modifies control logic across PLC, HMI, and industrial PC platforms to support system performance, equipment upgrades, and functional changes. Analyzes controls system performance, utilization, and capacity to identify opportunities for optimization. Supports improvements to control system architecture, change management routines, and the integration of new automation technologies.

Executes process improvement initiatives by reviewing system data, downtime trends, case-flow anomalies, and equipment performance. Completes CMMS work orders, logs, and digital documentation while ensuring accuracy and traceability. Develops training materials and supports technical upskilling of maintenance associates based on network-level trends.

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.

Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities

Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $156,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
