  • Drive the execution of business plans and operational strategies to achieve fulfillment center goals related to productivity, quality, safety, customer service, and cost.
  • Lead day-to-day operations across fulfillment functions to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
  • Analyze operational performance metrics and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and service levels.

The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
