Join us as a Program Integrator (PI) for U.S. Patriot Programs, where your expertise will drive high-volume, high-visibility proposal activities for both U.S. and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracts. Collaborate with the Patriot Product Line, cross-functional teams, and program offices to craft winning strategies and deliver compelling proposals that fuel program growth. In addition to leading proposal efforts, you will play a key role in contract negotiations post-submission, ensuring alignment on terms, pricing, and deliverables that meet customer and company goals. While program execution will play a supporting role, your leadership in proposals and contract negotiations will be critical to securing new business and strengthening customer partnerships. What You Will Do
  • Lead product Bid/No Bid decisions in collaboration of Contracts and Product Line
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the entire proposal development process for the U.S. Patriot Program in collaboration with cross-functional team including Supply Chain, Estimating and Pricing, Operations, Product Line, Finance and Contract.
  • Monitor team's progress in developing and delivering proposals on time.
  • Support daily program cadence such as risk review boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments
  • Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM), Corporate and Business policies and procedures
  • Directly support the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations
  • Meeting business and contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations
  • Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) and/or cross product teams (CPTs)) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, and administrative functions
  • Coordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits
  • Expected to support domestic travel as needed


Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
  • Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, and/or administrative functions
  • Experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages


Qualifications We Prefer
  • Demonstrated program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments, and resources
  • Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Proposal Review and Contract Start-up packages for management review and approval
  • Familiarity with material pricing and factory operations
  • Working knowledge of contract vehicles, types, formation, execution, and management

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
