As the Manager, Quality Systems Compliance, you will be responsible for the HelloFresh and Factor fulfillment center locations. You will take a hands-on approach and deliver strategic operational leadership across all aspects of supplier food safety and quality. You will map out and deliver the quality system program at HelloFresh, effectively raising the bar on food safety and quality.
You will ...
  • Facilitate the implementation and rigorous maintenance of Supplier Quality Management Systems, encompassing program and policy documents, supplier document control, supplier and ingredient onboarding, audit management, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), certificate of analysis (COA) and technical specifications.
  • Develop and monitor supplier food safety and quality performance KPIs such as audit results, complaints, non-conformances, documentation, CAPA etc. and report trends to leadership.
  • Influence and drive continuous improvement initiatives across 8 distribution centers to standardize food safety and quality practices and identify opportunities for automation and digital quality systems.
  • Partner with Procurement, Operations and other departments to ensure supplier food safety and quality requirements are embedded throughout the business .
  • Support customer and regulatory inspections.
  • Cultivate a customer-centric culture dedicated to ensuring the delivery of premium-quality products and superior service standards.

At a minimum, you have...
  • Bachelor's Degree (Masters preferred) in Food Science, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, Vendor Management or Food Manufacturing
  • 2+ years of specification management, document control, root cause and corrective action
  • Well-versed in quality systems, food safety regulations, HACCP, SQF, GMPs
  • Quality or Ingredient Certification knowledge a plus (BRC, SQF, AIB, Organic etc.)
  • Advanced use of Google app (Gmail, drive, sheets, etc.), and Tableau
  • In-depth knowledge of TraceGains or similar quality management systems

$82,000-$102,000 USD

$101,430-$117,300 USD
