Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in content creation, preferably in digital/AI environments.
• Strong track record in managing simultaneous multi-discipline projects in fast-paced settings.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at various levels effectively.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%, including international travel during critical projects.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment (MHE), culinary standards, and warehouse protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for training program development across Distribution Centers and offices.
• Ensure effective rollout and training execution with local content distribution teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, detailed work breakdown, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate alignment across Operations, OpEX, Training, HR, and Safety to meet timelines.
• Identify and track project risks and dependencies; escalate issues with proposed solutions.
• Document the content request processes and create post-mortem reports for continuous improvement.
