Full Job Description
Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of key trade compliance, tariff mitigation, and USMCA-related initiatives across Stellantis North America. This role works closely with cross-functional business teams to help manage projects, analyze trade-related impacts, track deliverables, and support implementation of operational and compliance requirements.

The position is ideal for a highly organized and analytical professional who can manage multiple priorities, work effectively with stakeholders across the organization, and translate complex trade and operational requirements into actionable business solutions. The role combines project coordination, data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced automotive environment.

This role provides an opportunity to work on high-visibility initiatives that support Stellantis' tariff mitigation, USMCA qualification, trade compliance, and broader supply chain strategy objectives while partnering with leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management and Process Improvement
  • Support internal and external projects
  • Gather and analyze information from Purchasing, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other functions to support decision-making
  • Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations related to trade compliance initiatives and management reviews
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple functions and stakeholders
  • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and track progress against established timelines
  • Identify and support opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, reporting, and operational effectiveness
  • Develop project documentation, process maps, training materials, and standard operating procedures

Compliance, Audit, and Reporting Support
  • Provide assistance as needed for compliance reviews and information requests
  • Compile and validate supporting documentation required for trade programs
  • Help prepare reports and dashboards to communicate project status, risks, trends, and key performance indicators

Stakeholder Communication and Coordination
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Provide clear and timely updates on project status, risks, dependencies, and next steps
  • Coordinate activities across Purchasing, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management, and IT organizations
  • Support issue resolution by providing data, analysis, and recommendations
  • Build strong working relationships with business partners, suppliers, and external service providers
