Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting to urgent care
• Perform common procedures such as laceration repair, abscess drainage, splinting, and wound care
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe appropriate medications and provide patient education
• Document encounters accurately in the EMR
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient operations and patient satisfaction
Schedule
• Full-time (3 x 12-hour shifts per week)
• Rotating weekends
• No on-call requirements
Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly pay: $55-$70/hour (≈ $103K-$131K/year), depending on experience and clinic location.

Qualifications
• Licensed FNP-C or PA-C in North Carolina
• Active DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications
• 1+ year of urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred
• DOT certification a plus
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient service skills
• Required: Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Certification
