How You'll Contribute:- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages and genders with acute illnesses and minor injuries
- Perform common urgent care procedures (suturing, splinting, wound care, I&D) in a fast-paced setting, order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Actively engage in patient care, including conducting health exams, obtaining accurate medical histories, and maintaining detailed progress notes
- Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up, supporting continuity of care
- Work closely with a collaborate care team to ensure high-quality care and smooth clinic operations
What You Bring:- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Active North Carolina PA or FNP license
- Current BLS or ACLS and PALS certifications
- Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, efficiency, and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Valid NC driver's license and robust computer skills
