What you will doMission/Purpose of the JobThe Uptime Training and Delivery Specialist works with the Training Manager, Uptime Support to develop instructional materials, including e-learning courses, simulations, job aids, and videos, that support Uptime Center agents and align with current industry standards. This role assesses new hire training needs, manages related projects, and develops and delivers courses for audiences at all experience levels.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities- Assess course requirements and determine the most effective delivery method, including online or instructor-led formats. Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to guide delivery decisions.
- Develop engaging learning activities and compelling course content with current training paths.
- Partner with subject matter experts to identify training needs for the target audience.
- Define instructional goals and create content that supports them.
- Design instructional graphics, user interfaces, and final learning products.
- Analyze and apply learning technology and instructional design trends and best practices.
- Develop exercises and activities that strengthen the learning experience
- Create supporting materials and media, such as audio, video, simulations, role-plays, and games.
- Design assessments, such as tests or quizzes, to measure course effectiveness.
- Maintain training project documentation, records, and schedules.
- Prepare reporting and metrics dashboards for training and internal needs.
Who are you?Essential Educational and/or Training Qualifications and Certificates- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience in heavy-duty or medium-duty trucking, automotive, construction, agriculture, other capital equipment industries, or equivalent training and development experience.
- Experience administering training or training programs.
- Presentation and training instruction experience strongly preferred.
- Subject matter expertise in online training tools.
- Project management skills.
Preferred Experience and Knowledge- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

For this position, the base pay is set at $72,600 - $89,700 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible.
