Your Mission
The National Intelligence College (NIC), under the National Defense University (NDU), runs both Bachelor's and Master's degree programs in support of the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. In your role, you will facilitate the formulation, coordination, integration, and synchronization of staff actions, events and student support activities. You will assist faculty, staff, and other university personnel in the full spectrum of university operational and administrative matters.
Your Responsibilities
• Support senior leadership by drafting policy recommendations, executive briefings and operational plans.
• Serve as the primary POC for the executive office, managing calendars, screening communications and prioritizing administrative requests
• Facilitate preparatory sessions, manage strategic actions during executive level meetings, and track action items through completion.
• Attend faculty and staff meetings/committees as required
Your Qualifications
• Minimum of four years' experience working in/on the specialty area of this portfolio or working with senior university officials
• Demonstrated strong writing skills
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends and the various university locations
• Bachelor's degree
• TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required
