Leading Healthcare org seeks an experienced and highly collaborative Trauma Unit Manager with a strong understanding of trauma program requirements, operations, PI, data, and regulatory readiness. If you are passionate about building something meaningful and motivated by the opportunity to help create a trauma program that will have a lasting impact, come and be a part of this undertaking!   • Building and leading the Trauma Program, establishing the infrastructure, governance, policies, processes, standards.
  • Driving clinical quality and patient outcomes, ensuring trauma care is safe, evidence-based, coordinated, and continuously improving.
  • Leading multidisciplinary collaboration, bringing together surgeons, ED, ICU, OR, EMS, nursing, ancillary services, physicians one cohesive trauma system.
  • Stewarding regulatory, data, and performance readiness, overseeing trauma data, PI processes, regulatory requirements, and readiness for verification/designation.
  • Developing people and culture, building trauma competency through education, staff development, and strong teamwork, creating a culture of accountability and excellence for a successful, high-performing trauma program.
