Leading Healthcare org seeks an experienced and highly collaborative Trauma Unit Manager with a strong understanding of trauma program requirements, operations, PI, data, and regulatory readiness. - Building and leading the Trauma Program, establishing the infrastructure, governance, policies, processes, standards.
- Driving clinical quality and patient outcomes, ensuring trauma care is safe, evidence-based, coordinated, and continuously improving.
- Leading multidisciplinary collaboration, bringing together surgeons, ED, ICU, OR, EMS, nursing, ancillary services, physicians one cohesive trauma system.
- Stewarding regulatory, data, and performance readiness, overseeing trauma data, PI processes, regulatory requirements, and readiness for verification/designation.
- Developing people and culture, building trauma competency through education, staff development, and strong teamwork, creating a culture of accountability and excellence for a successful, high-performing trauma program.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Valid Tennessee RN license
- 5+ years of relevant clinical nursing experience
- Experience in quality improvement, performance improvement, clinical education, program coordination, leadership
- Working knowledge of trauma systems, trauma registry processes, trauma performance improvement principles
- Adult trauma experience; pediatric experience is a plus
- Ability to manage a complex, multi-year project while keeping people focused on milestones and deadlines
