Pay Range:- RN: $37.98 - $40.38 per hour
LPN: $30 - $34 per hour
Schedule:- Full-time, 40 hours per week

The Unit Manager is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the assigned nursing station(s), coordination, planning implementing, and evaluating the nursing services provided to each resident on a 24-hour basis.
What You Bring (Requirements) - Current licensure in the state of employment as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse with previous long-term care experience.
- Must possess effective management and supervisory skills.
What You'll Be Responsible For- Directs and oversees the nursing staff to ensure the nursing procedures are followed and reflect the current policies and procedures of the facility. Follows VOANS core clinical systems.
- Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules to assure that medications and treatments are being administered as ordered.
- Perform direct care related activities as the need arises.
- Participates in the development of policies and procedures pertaining to resident care.
- Perform daily rounds of the nursing unit to ensure that all nursing service personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards. Perform QAPI rounds.
