- Lead surface/underground electrical operations including installation, maintenance, and repair of:

- Team & Contractor Management
- Directly supervise 15+ electrical technicians across 3 shifts
- Coordinate contractor activities for specialized projects ($1M+ capex initiatives)
- Implement MSHA-compliant safety protocols across all work areas
- Operational Excellence
- Conduct monthly arc flash risk assessments
- Maintain NFPA 70E compliance documentation
- Optimize maintenance workflows using CMMS (SAP)
- Technical Oversight
- Troubleshoot complex electrical faults (PLC-controlled systems)
- Review engineering drawings for infrastructure upgrades
- Manage $2M+ annual spare parts inventory
- Continuous Improvement
- Lead RCA investigations for critical equipment failures
- Implement energy efficiency initiatives (10% YOY reduction target)
