Roles & Responsibilities
Lead design, implementation, and configuration of Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) applications.
Implement Kronos WFC version 8.0 modules: Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Accruals, Workforce Attendance, and Navigators.
Lead at least 2 large-scale Kronos WFC implementations for multi-national clients, including business requirements analysis, functional design, system configuration, and testing.
Configure Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), Kronos Clocks (4500 and InTouch terminals) using Workforce Device Manager (WDM) and Setup Data Manager (SDM).
Collaborate with multi-functional teams composed of client, internal, and external vendor members.
Communicate effectively at all levels, including senior executives, both written and verbal.
