Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance required, with potential for SCI/CI Poly.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in UI/UX and Frontend development.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Solid knowledge of web accessibility and responsive design principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design system components.
• Conduct user research and modify UI/UX based on feedback.
• Create and uphold style guides and pattern libraries.
• Ensure compliance with 508 accessibility and FBI design standards.
• Build responsive UI using modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Collaborate with backend developers to synchronize UI components with APIs.
• Support usability testing and provide design insights based on results.
• Offer design support across teams for projects related to modernization.
