Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Partner with business users to gather and understand reporting and visualization needs.
- Design user-centric, interactive, and visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across dashboards.
- Collaborate with global development teams to implement designs and support the delivery of production-ready dashboards.
- Continuously improve dashboard layouts and data visualizations based on user feedback.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:- Degree from 4 year university in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field a must; Master Degree in STEM area of concentrate strongly preferred
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on Power BI dashboards and reporting.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Experience collaborating with business users and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate complex data and requirements into clear, actionable visuals.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- An energetic, entrepreneurial attitude
- Ability to work onsite in office a minimum of 4 days a week
Preferred Skills:- Familiarity with other visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of agile project methodologies.
- Understanding of data modeling concepts within Power BI.
