Qualifications

• Proven UX/UI experience in design roles.
• 2+ years of visual design experience required.
• 2+ years in User Experience, User Interface, or Interaction Design roles.
• Experience in creating prototypes or detailed wireframes for multiple applications.
• Strong online portfolio showcasing relevant design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of information architecture and user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities

• Own the design process from research through testing and prototyping.
• Execute all visual design stages up to final hand-off to engineering.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
• Conduct customer research to understand client needs and feedback.
• Facilitate design presentations and iterate on solutions as necessary.
• Craft, pitch, and validate long-term design strategies.
• Establish and promote design guidelines and best practices.
