Job Description:

HOW A UI/UX DESIGNER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
  • Collaborate with software developers and product teams to implement accessible front-end design modifications
  • Create, promote, and support standards for usability and accessibility excellence
  • Develop interface designs, prototypes, and detailed specifications across web and mobile platforms
  • Produce conceptual interaction design artifacts, including wireframes, sitemaps, diagrams, feature lists, process maps, mock-ups, and working prototypes
  • Translate user needs, product requirements, and technical constraints into thoughtful UX solutions


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Education: BA/BS in Information Technology or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
  • Experience: 8+ years of related experience
  • Required skills:
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end technologies
  • Ability to create detailed UX assets including wireframes, user flows, and visual specifications
  • Experience working within a cross-functional software development environment
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph

The likely salary range for this position is $164,382 - $212,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
