Front End Development & Design

Job Summary:

The User Experience Designer (UX Designer) is responsible for designing the digital experiences that users will have when interacting with the back-office systems. This person will be responsible for the design elements including functionality, workflow, and interface layout. This person will have expertise using design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and InVision to build wireframes and mock-ups of desktop, tablet, and mobile-sized interfaces. Knowledge of contemporary user experience and mobile design trends is required. This person will work with their leadership, product management, and customer experience organizations to develop user experiences that are consistent with the vision and workflow goals established by Comcast and their team.

Essential Job Functions
• Clarify business requirements and develop product specifications for back-office user interface.
• Design pages and navigation for internal and partner back-office access.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies.
• Develop detailed product features and requirements, and develop implementation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, UI Development, Operations) to design new services, features, and enhancements.
• Develop, mentor, and train UI Developers to ensure objectives are met.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education/Experience
• Bachelor's degree required, graduate degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills .
• 5+ years' experience.
• Comcast experience preferred.
