U.S. Export, Supplier & Market-Entry Lead - R-12 Requisition R-12 Opportunity 26-0015 / 1131PL26R0058 Location Washington, DC 20001 Work mode Fully remote / U.S.-based Travel Europe/Eurasia as assigned Engagement Contingent expert Role purpose Establish credible U.S. export potential, competitive positioning and supplier engagement for digital-infrastructure activities. Representative assignment problems Map U.S. OEMs, integrators, carriers, cloud/cyber firms, financiers and addressable procurement packages. Conduct documented U.S.-company outreach and convert feedback into technical and procurement decisions. Assess foreign competition, standards, financing, lock-in, supply-chain risk and market-entry barriers. Responsibilities Produce concise, evidence-traceable inputs for Preliminary Assessments, Project Reports, TORs, independent budgets, schedules and the cumulative Final Report. Participate in rapid mobilization, remote analysis, quality reviews and international travel when assigned. Coordinate across technical, country, finance, export, resilience and editorial disciplines; surface contradictions and uncertainties early. Protect Government, sponsor, customer and candidate information; immediately disclose actual, potential or apparent conflicts. Minimum evidence-based qualifications 10+ years of U.S. technology export, international business development, procurement or market-entry analysis. Direct digital-infrastructure, telecom, cyber, cloud, utility or smart-city supplier network. Documented competitor/market analysis and sponsor/procurement engagement. Europe/Eurasia experience strongly preferred. U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident; Axyde will request written confirmation but not identity documents during recruiting. Ability to support proposal or delivery activity on approximately 20 days' notice, subject to assignment timing. Strong written English and ability to produce concise Government decision products. Willingness and ability to travel internationally, including up to three trips of up to ten business days when assigned.
