The Opportunity - Build the Future with Us

Lead the advancement of complex underground infrastructure as a Tunnel Design Lead, where technical excellence meets strategic influence. In this senior role, you will shape the delivery and growth of tunnelling and underground projects across mining, hydropower, and transportation sectors while strengthening client relationships and expanding WSP's market presence.

You will provide technical and people leadership across the full project lifecycle-from feasibility through detailed design and construction support-while playing a key role in business development, proposal leadership, and long-term capability growth.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $132,700 - $175,800
MB & ON: $121,100 - $166,700
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $119,900 - $159,200
