ABOUT THE ROLE:

This roleis responsible forsupporting the administration of fiduciary accounts, ensuring adherence to governing documents, applicable laws, and organizational policies. The Trust Administrator works closely with senior team members to manage client accounts, address client needs, andsupporta consistentand compliant client experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities for this role are below; you may support projects of varying complexity based on skill and organizational priorities.

  • Fiduciary Account Administration:Supports the administration of trust accountsin accordance withgoverning documents, applicable laws, and organizational policies, ensuring alignment with fiduciary standards.

  • Account Oversight and Review:Reviews documents and account activity for accuracy and completeness, monitors transactions, andsubmitsactions for approval asappropriate.

  • ClientSupport:Responds to client, beneficiary, and advisor inquiries, ensuringtimelyand professional resolution of routine requests.

  • Risk and Compliance Management:Ensures adherence to fiduciary, regulatory, and internal policy requirements, escalating issues asappropriate.

  • Issue Resolution:Partners with senior team members to address client issues, including distribution requests, fee inquiries, and account-relatedmatters..

  • Account Lifecycle Management:Assistswith account openings and closings, ensuring proper documentation, asset transfers, andaccuratesetupof account and tax reporting information.

  • Collaboration and Partnership:Works closely with internal teams and senior administrators to support account management and client service delivery.

  • Process Improvement:Participatesin initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enhance service delivery to clients.

  • Other Duties:Performing other duties as assigned, adapting to new tasks or shifts in priorities as necessary to support your team9s and the company9s mission.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor9sdegreerequired.

  • 3-5years of experience in trustadministration, financial services, ora relatedclient service role.

Total Base Pay Range 71,100.00 - 145,900.00 USD Annual
