Qualifications

• Dispatch or transportation coordination experience required.
• Knowledge of hauling heavy equipment, including construction and agricultural equipment.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and transportation compliance requirements necessary.
• Preferred leadership experience to manage and develop a team.
• Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation operations by overseeing trucking requests across assigned locations.
• Optimize fleet utilization through effective scheduling and prioritization of workloads.
• Serve as a central point of contact for drivers regarding job assignments, scheduling, and permitting needs.
• Ensure compliance with all DOT and transportation regulations.
