Description

The ideal candidate has experience managing cases from initial evaluation through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial.

Experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation, jury trials, insurance disputes, property damage claims, or bad faith litigation is valued. Attorneys whose primary background is personal injury or general civil litigation are encouraged to apply.

We offer flexible, individually negotiated terms based on the attorney's experience, availability, professional goals, and the Firm's needs.

Compensation: $200,000-$300,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, with bonuses based on settlements, with terms individually negotiated.
