Job Summary
This Mass General Brigham practice located at 323 Lowell Street in Andover offers a broad range of medical sub-specialties (Cardiology, Pulmonary, Endocrinology, GI, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics). We provide residents of Merrimack Valley with the latest in diagnostics, technology, and research. Andover Medical Center offers an integrated system of care that combines expert, medical attention.
We are seeking a full-time 40-hour Triage RN to support our Pediatric suite. This role is a mix of phone triage and nurse visits. The schedule for this role Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. To support patient care, our team also participates in a shared weekend rotation approximately every 6-8 weeks. Weekend hours are limited to 8:00 AM-12:00 PM at our Haverhill location.
Fall: Saturday and Sunday
Summer: Saturday only
Our team of three RNs also collaborates on a rotating holiday coverage schedule, ensuring coverage is shared fairly while maintaining a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.

Essential Functions
-Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
-Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
-Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
-Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
-Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
-Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Education
Associate's Degree Nursing required and Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred

Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Various Issuers preferred
Experience
