ISA Certified Arborist certification required, with preference for Coast Live Oak knowledge
Qualified Applicator License (Type B) preferred
Minimum of 5 years in Account Manager role or similar, with client and crew management experience
Proven track record managing premier client sites preferred
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is necessary
2 or 4-year degree in a related field and/or 2-3 years of landscape/horticulture experience preferred
Minimum of 3 years of customer service and sales experience
Responsibilities

*This position is located in Orange County, CA.
*RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:
Create strong relationships with our customers through communication and service, ensuring they receive quality, timely service on their projects
Responsible for tree care & maintenance operations in achieving its overall objectives of quality, retention, growth and profitability
Includes evaluating trees for diseases/pathogens/pest infestations and proposing prunning treatments where appropriate
Manage crew members as needed including: morning dispatch, performance management, addressing complaints, and planning, assigning or directing work load
Provide proactive site quality reviews and communicate assessments internally and externally
Network and earn referrals to help the branch achieve its new growth objectives
Lead the branch in growing its base contracts in the targeted market segments and geographic locations
Assist the branch team in achieving its overall objectives of quality, retention, growth and profitability

*SKILLS & EXPERIENCE that are necessary will include, but not limited to:
ISA Certified Arborist certification is required and knowledgeable with Coast Live Oak trees is highly preferred

Must have commercial landscape experience in a Account Manager capacity or higher with at least 5 years+ of client & crew management experience
A proven track record of managing a premier client site is highly preferred
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English to communicate effectively with crew team members
2 or 4-year college degree in a related field and/or, have a minimum of 2-3 years landscape/horticulture experience preferred to include training and managing multiple crew members/gardeners
3 years of strong customer service, sales and communication experience, or combined comparable experience
Sound time management and organizational skills with a strong work ethic
Strong interpersonal verbal & written skills are a must with the ability to write and present proposals and bids
Experience in consultative sales to clients for additional services

SALARY RANGE:
$88,000 - $92,000 per year (specific compensation may vary based on overall skills, experience and location)
Annual Bonus potential (specific compensation may vary based on overall branch & individual performance)
