Treasury Manager
Position Overview: As the Treasury Manager, you will lead centralized treasury operations for a multi-rooftop automotive dealership group within a shared services environment. This role is responsible for enterprise-wide cash management, banking operations, liquidity forecasting, intercompany funding, and treasury controls across all dealership locations. The position also oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily cash operations to ensure effective liquidity management, financial control, and operational efficiency throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash position andmonitorrooftop cash flow
- Oversee intercompany funding
- Manage flooring and lender funding coordination
- Own bank relationships and manage ACH, wires, sweeps, and fraud controls
- Maintain treasury policies and approval workflows
- Oversee merchant services relationships
- Deliver executive cash reporting and analyze working capital trends
- Support acquisition and capital planning analysis
- Maintain segregation of duties andmonitorfraud prevention tools
- Ensureaccurateandtimelyprocessing of accounts payable and accounts receivable
Qualifications:
- Bachelor'sdegree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of treasury, dealership, automotive finance, or multi-entity cash management experience.
- Strong understanding of:
- Banking operations & Cash forecasting
- Automotive floorplan financing
- Dealership accounting processes & Internal controls
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Experience managing multi-location or multi-entity treasury operations.
- Automotive dealership group experience is highly preferred.
