Full Job Description
This role is responsible for driving treasury management growth across Arizona by developing new business, expanding existing relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners. The position requires a consultative sales approach, strong product knowledge, and close collaboration across relationship management, implementation, and commercial services teams to deliver effective client solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead consultative sales calls with customers and prospects to extend relationships through treasury management and other bank products and services.
  • Develop new treasury management business while growing and retaining existing client relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales proposals to customers and prospects.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including business development, prospect qualification, needs analysis, and closing to achieve annual revenue goals.
  • Maintain an accurate, current sales pipeline in the bank's customer relationship management system.
  • Stay current on industry trends, collaborate with vendors, and represent the bank at local industry conferences and meetings.
  • Serve as a treasury management advisor by education clients on products, pricing, operations, and overall value.
  • Participate in Relationship Manager pipeline meetings and hold regular on-on-one strategy sessions with partners to advance customer and prospect opportunities.
  • Partner with the Implementation Consultant and Commercial Services to ensure new services are set up accurately, on time and with responsive support for client needs.
  • Identify product improvement opportunities by communicating client and prospect feedback to Commercial Product Management.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of cash management products and related business, financial and risk management processes
  • Proficiency with Word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with financial payments software applications
  • CCM or CTP certification
