Key Accountabilities
Developstrategic plans for assigned products, including value propositions, growth goals, distribution strategies, and strategic initiatives.
Drivethe design, development, launch, and ongoing management of new and enhanced products, services, and channels.
Analyzemarket trends, competitive activity, customer needs, and profitability to identify opportunities and recommend product enhancements.
Partnerwith Product Directors, Product Managers, business lines, and internal teams to deliver cohesive customer solutions.
Manageproduct performance, revenue goals, and profitability while identifying opportunities to improve results.
Coordinatecross-functional teams, resources, timelines, and communications to successfully implement product initiatives.
Ensureproducts and processes align with applicable legal, audit, credit, and regulatory requirements.
Buildproduct knowledge and training resources to support internal teams and external clients.
Education & Experience
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
4+ years of experience in product management, product development, business, management, marketing, or a related field.
Extensive knowledge of treasury management products.
Ability to earn the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification within 2 years.
Preferred
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification or ability to earn it within 2 years.
Experience developing and managing financial products, including product strategy, profitability, and lifecycle management.
