Position: Treasury Management Director
Location: Bismarck or Fargo, North Dakota; Madison, Wisconsin
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the Bank's treasury management sales strategy, aligning with commercial banking objectives and identifying market opportunities for deposit and fee income growth.
- Lead and direct the treasury management sales team, setting annual production goals and providing strategic leadership to drive performance.
- Maintain and grow an individual portfolio of treasury clients by proactively identifying, soliciting, and closing new business opportunities.
- Drive deposit growth, service adoption, and fee income generation through effective client presentations, solution consultations, and leadership in commercial relationship pitches.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes related to treasury revenue to support the Bank's financial objectives.
Qualifications:- 7+ years of banking experience with at least 3-5 years in Treasury Management or Cash Management
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
- Demonstrated success in revenue production and deposit growth
- Management experience preferred
- Excellent relationship building and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of treasury products
