Job Summary:
The Treasury Management Advisor is responsible for providing expert guidance and strategic support to clients in the areas of cash management, liquidity solutions, and financial risk mitigation. This role works closely with corporate clients to assess their treasury needs, recommend tailored solutions, and ensure the effective implementation of treasury management products and services. The Treasury Management Advisor collaborates with internal teams and senior leadership to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client satisfaction and support organizational growth.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone. Respond to client inquiries and satisfactorily resolve client issues. Support firm-wide achievement of the three-ring standard (all phones answered by a live person within three rings.
  • Advise clients on treasury management solutions, including cash concentration, disbursement, fraud prevention, and liquidity management; assess client needs and recommend customized products and services; support clients through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account management; maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and product offerings; collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction; provide training and education to clients on treasury management products; identify opportunities for business growth and cross-selling additional services; prepare reports and presentations for clients and senior management.

  • Manages the annual performance management and merit processes for direct and indirect reports as applicable. Coaches and develops team members and builds a work environment where team members are engaged and feel a positive sense of achievement about their role in the company. Works closely with Human Resources regarding employee relations, compensation, training, posting and filling vacant positions and other Human Resources related matters.
  • Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
  • Meet all the client's financial needs, both business and personal, and refer clients to other specialty areas such as Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management, etc. as appropriate.
  • Assist other team members as needed to ensure delivery of distinctive service.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field;
