Audit Solutions Multilevel Role

Sr Audit Solutions Analyst:

Job Profile Summary:
  • Under limited supervision, designs, develops, and implements enterprise-wide audit solutions including but not limited to audit management, continuous risk assessment, and continuous auditing.

Essential Functions:
  • Uses knowledge of business software, hardware, web technologies, and scripting languages to develop audit solutions to promote effectiveness and efficiency leveraging enterprise tools.
  • Uses project management, technical proficiency, and knowledge of risk management to support existing audit solutions and to drive execution of new audit solution builds through completion.
  • Promotes audit solution benefits to business partners and advises on best practices.
  • Other responsibilities include developing audit solution implementation plans, leading project teams, and maintaining project timelines and budgets.
  • Supports, maintains, and/or administers audit solutions, as necessary.
  • Leads in process improvements, decision-support analysis, and develops measurements of performance and value creation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, accounting, information technology or related field.
  • Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.

Minimum Experience:
  • Four (4) years of experience in financial systems analysis, public accounting, audit, engineering, computer science and/or information systems.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong project management skills and discipline.
  • Proficient in audit solution platforms/tooling, other enterprise business software, web technologies, and/or scripting languages in a business environment.
  • Excellent organizational/time management and planning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally.

Audit Solutions Advisor:

Job Profile Summary:
  • Leads in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide audit solutions including but not limited to audit management, continuous risk assessment, and continuous auditing. Provides coaching and work review for lower-level staff.

Essential Functions:
  • Uses knowledge of business software, hardware, web technologies, and scripting languages to design and develop audit solutions to promote effectiveness and efficiency leveraging enterprise tools.
  • Uses project management, technical expertise, and knowledge of risk management to support existing audit solutions and to drive development of new audit solutions through completion.
  • Promote audit solution benefits to business partners and advises on best practices.
  • Other responsibilities include developing implementation plans for designed solutions, leading diverse project teams, maintaining project timelines and budgets, and mentoring team members.
  • Supports, maintains, and/or administers audit solutions, as necessary.
  • Leads in process improvements, decision-support analysis, and develops measurements of performance and value creation for complex cross-functional areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, accounting, information technology or related field.

  • Six (6) years of experience in financial systems analysis, public accounting, audit, engineering, computer science and/or information systems.

  • Proficient in audit solutions platforms/tooling, other enterprise business software, web technologies, and/or scripting languages in a business environment.
  • Excellent organizational/time management and planning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally.

Job Conditions:
  • Potential for frequent extended North American and international travel.

Additional Preferred Qualifications for Both Levels:
  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms, including administration, configuration, permissions, user lifecycle management, and governance.
  • Working knowledge of Okta or similar identity platforms, including SSO, SCIM provisioning, role/group mapping, and access troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP filters, security groups, distribution lists, and directory-based access logic.
  • Experience building or supporting workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint Lists, Microsoft Forms, Outlook, Teams, and related M365 services.
  • Understanding of endpoint deployment and support processes, including PC/Mac provisioning, troubleshooting, hardware refreshes, and user onboarding readiness.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical system workflows, access models, automation requirements, and support processes.
  • Strong documentation and process ownership skills, with the ability to create clear SOPs, job aids, and operational standards.
  • Ability to partner with IT, Security, Identity, Enterprise Architecture, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable technology solutions.

Additional Details: This is a hybrid position located in Collierville, TN. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week. This position may be eligible for relocation.
