Projects You'll Help BuildOur teams deliver a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects, including:
- Industrial and manufacturing facilities
- Food processing facilities
- Cold storage and warehouse projects
- Commercial and office developments
- Educational facilities
- Healthcare and medical facilities
- Tenant improvements and renovations
- Design-build and negotiated projects
Key Responsibilities- Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and quality control
- Drive project safety and maintain HC Company's safety standards
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Identify and resolve field challenges while maintaining schedule and project goals
- Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily reports, and as-built drawings
- Build strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and project teams
Qualifications- 5+ years of commercial construction experience with progressive field leadership responsibilities
- Previous Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent experience preferred
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of commercial construction means and methods
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and project excellence
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively based on project needs
