Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing supervisors or superintending crews.
• Direct experience in an underground environment required.

• Strong knowledge of incident investigation, MOC, and safety management systems preferred.

• Conduct quality investigations on incidents, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and implemented.
• Facilitate execution of scheduled work while promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
