Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee the construction lifecycle of commercial projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
  • Manage and supervise construction personnel and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project objectives.
  • Perform thorough site inspections regularly to monitor compliance with design specifications, safety codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and enforce detailed project timelines; manage daily site operations and coordinate efforts among all project stakeholders.
  • Address on-site challenges and emergencies adeptly, adjusting plans swiftly to maintain project momentum.
