Job Title: Traveling Superintendent
Location: Must live in Northeast: PA, NY, RI, MA, CT, NH, VT or ME
Salary: $85K-$95K + Commission

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring project specifications are met, and maintaining high safety standards while driving quality and efficiency in every project undertaken.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Manage site safety programs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project directors, subcontractors, and clients to maintain effective communication and project updates.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Qualifications- Proven experience in commercial construction, including ground-up projects.
- Strong site supervision skills with a focus on safety and quality.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various job sites.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly and work under pressure.
Benefits- Base Salary ($85K-$95K)
