What You'll Do- Lead daily onsite construction operations
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and inspections
- Enforce safety, quality, and code compliance
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
What We're Looking For- 5-7+ years of commercial construction experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with modern construction tools and software
- OSHA 30 certified, preferred
- Travel, required
