Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Large Loss Project Manager that will be responsible to manage all aspects of a project and informing the client, the adjuster, and all concerned parties of the daily activities along with the general status of the project. This person will lead complex, high-value restoration and construction projects resulting from fire, water, storm, and catastrophic losses. This position is responsible for end-to-end project execution from emergency response through the final walk thru, while delivering exceptional service to clients, carriers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage large-scale commercial and residential projects (typically $100K+)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, adjusters, consultants, and sub-contractors
• Develop scope of work and ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude)
• Oversee estimating, change orders, and job cost controls
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and supply procurement
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
• Maintain project schedule (Scope) developed with owner and insurance company
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting throughout the project
• Travel out-of-town to job sites when needed, including CAT deployments

Qualifications
• 5+ years of project management experience in restoration
• Proven experience managing large loss/ complex projects
• Experience in estimating commercial projects exceeding $1,000,000.00
• Strong knowledge of Xactimate and T & M estimating best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Must be able to identify and remediate safety issues
• Must be able to travel over 200 days a year and for extended periods of time

Required
• IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT)
• Commercial Restoration Experience
• Prior Cat Experience
• Valid Driver's License/ CDL Preferred
