Summary of the role:

A structured upskilling journey into travel industry expertise and Amadeus solutions. You will partner with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to shape customer solutions, while building deep expertise in the travel ecosystem, airline retailing, and next-generation distribution models.

We are looking for candidates who may not come from traditional travel presales backgrounds but who demonstrate:

Customer-facing presales responsibilities

Digital and AI-driven solution design

Strong digital fluency and AI mindset

Ability to learn quickly and operate in complex environments

Passion for technology-driven problem solving

You will be trained and mentored to:

Lead customer discovery and solution design

Deliver impactful demos and value-based storytelling

Translate complex technical capabilities into business outcomes

In this role you'll:
  • Conduct discovery sessions leveraging data-driven and AI-assisted insights
  • Analyze customer challenges using structured frameworks and digital tool
