Additional DetailsTravel RN opportunities with Wellpath are primarily based in California, with current needs at sites such as Shasta, Placer, San Luis Obispo, and Fresno. Assignments can vary by location, but most shifts are 12-hour days or nights, with some 8-hour options and weekend rotations depending on the site. Candidates must hold an active California nursing license in good standing and have at least three years of nursing experience; correctional experience is preferred but not required. What you bring to the tableEDUCATION
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
EXPERIENCE
- One (1) or more years clinic experience preferred
- Must be willing and able to travel 100% of the time
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) within the states of practice and the state in which you work, or a valid compact state nurse license
- Current CPR certification
What you will do- Deliver patient care and treatment plans under supervision of Charge Nurse
- Administer medications, perform EKGs, and assist with procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation in SOAP format and review medical records
- Respond to emergencies and ensure safety and infection control protocols
- Travel full-time to different healthcare facilities as staffing needs require
