Overview:

Sentara Obici Hospital located in Suffolk, Virginia is hiring an experienced Traveler Registered Nurse for the IMCU Stepdown unit!

Travel Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care/Stepdown Unit

Sentara Louise Obici Hospital - Suffolk, VA

  • $70.00/hr pay rate
  • Temporary Full Time
  • 14-week assignment
  • NIGHT Shift
  • No benefits


Unit Overview: The IMCU at Sentara Obici Hospital provides care for patients with a variety of surgical, cardiac, and post procedural neuro cases that stepdown from ICU. This unit sees a ratio of 1:5 with mixed patient acuity levels and is well supported with additional patient care technicians, educators, and a strong leadership team.

Education
  • Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or diploma in the Nursing Field required


Certification/Licensure
  • Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • ACLS
  • NIH Stroke Scale


Experience
  • Must have two or more years of current acute care hospital RN experience.
