Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA for a travel therapy assignment supporting Court Manor and Ashland Health Services in Ashland, Wisconsin.
This is a full-time travel opportunity within the Continuum Therapy Partners network. Continuum is the therapy provider supporting these facilities directly, which gives travelers clearer communication, better insight into the assignment, and direct support from a team that understands the clinical environment.

Estimated weekly gross pay is based on assignment details available at the time of posting. Actual weekly pay may vary based on hours worked, stipend eligibility, benefit elections, tax withholdings, and approved reimbursements. Full pay package details will be reviewed during the screening process.
What You'll Do
• Provide skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant services under the supervision and direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Carry out treatment plans designed to help patients improve function, independence, safety, ADLs, mobility, and quality of life.
• Document treatment sessions accurately and timely according to facility and payer expectations.
• Collaborate with the supervising OT, rehab leadership, nursing, facility teams, families, and care partners.
• Support patient-centered care, functional progress, and safe discharge planning.
• Step into the assignment with professionalism, flexibility, and a team-first approach.
What We're Looking For
• Active or eligible Wisconsin COTA license.
• Prior skilled nursing, post-acute rehab, LTC, or geriatric experience preferred.
• Travel experience preferred, but not required for the right clinician.
• Net Health experience is a plus.
• Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to start quickly and complete required onboarding before assignment start.
